Laulea Villa features an expansive, flowing floor plan in which the upper-level living spaces open to bring the outdoors in, emphasizing the breathtaking mountain, waterfall, and ocean views. The home also includes an additional living space on the lower level, a state-of-the-art kitchen with bar seating, a steam room, and a yoga/meditation room. Each of the three sumptuous bedrooms offers access to a lanai, enabling guests to enjoy cool trade winds as they blow through the villa. The bathrooms provide spa-like amenities such as soaking tubs, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and an open-air shower.
Resting on nearly an acre of lush green land, Laulea Villa showcases sweeping views of the waterfall-drenched Hanalei Mountains, Hanalei Bay, and stunning Bali Hai sunsets. The tranquil, tropically-landscaped grounds include a salt-water infinity pool, hot tub, and full-sun lounge area. Covered lanais surrounding the home also contain additional lounge seating, sofas and chairs, a dining area, and a grill, sink, and refrigerator.
Just steps away from this luxurious, private Princeville villa, guests will find Pu’u Poa Beach at the St. Regis Princeville Resort, Hideaways Beach, the Queen’s Bath tide pools, and the renowned Princeville Makai Golf Club. The home also offers convenient access to dining, shopping, and entertainment in Hanalei town, as well as opportunities for surfing, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, helicopter rides, ziplining, and miniature golf. Air conditioning* is available in the bedrooms of Laulea Villa, and stand fans are available in the remaining rooms. Windows can also be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. If you are looking for a beautiful property with stunning views and privacy, then this is it. Honestly, staying here was the highlight of our trip haha…it is that amazing! The layout is perfect with each room having their own privacy. The views from the pool and jacuzzi, and actually from the entire home are to die for. There is even a steam room! I have stayed at many properties on Kauai and this is by far my favorite. The rental manager far exceeded our expectations with anything we needed and the property was spotless. We loved being in the secluded area of Princeville with just a short drive to the beach. Great property for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy luxury at its finest. Thank you so much! We will be back!

We stayed here for a couple days at the beginning of December but I wish we could have stayed longer! This house was so super classy and we loved all the modern styling. The infinity pool and hot tub was cooler than any resort I’ve stayed at and we loved the outdoor BBQ area. The bathrooms were huge and bigger than my entire house! We will definitely be staying here again!

A beautiful home in paradise! The view from the upper lanai and master bedroom is magnificent, overlooking the verdant canopy, framed by the mountains with the ocean in the distance. The house was impeccably clean and well equipped. The management company was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I had a very serene and relaxing vacation here. My only suggestion would be that the bathroom windows have blinds as they lack privacy. You can see into them from the lanais and kitchen window.

My fiancé and I spent 5 spectacular days in this home and loved every minute of it. If you’re seeking a place to chill and have a true vacation, this is it. I’m giving 4 1/2 stars due to mosquitos. The home needs an industrial strength zapper on the top deck. We managed with large citronella candles.

If I could, I would always stay in this property every single time I come to Kauai. It’s so private, comfortable, the views are amazing and you just feel like you’re on vacation the second you walk through the doors. Love the modern and sleek design and it was very hard to leave the fabulous pool area. Hanalei is just a short drive away, making this home the perfect spot for exploring the North Shore! Oh and for any yoghis out there, this place even has its own private yoga studio!

in the jungle of chintzy homes a real highlight of design and architectural proficiency. the house is perfectly located to reach several beautiful beaches and the fun surfer town of hanalei. Yen, the caretaker of the house is super reliable, helpful and always reachable. we spend outstanding days at the house and would have loved to stay for good.

Wonderful villa in a wonderful location. It was nice to be close to Halalei without being in the middle of it. The villa offered the perfect escape. The villa was the perfect vacation home. They had a nice and responsive caretaker.
