“My family and I recently stayed at a gorgeous ocean front house, the Anini Beach House. We booked through Kaua’i Island Vacations, and upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Logan. She showed us around the house, told us about the amenities it had to offer, and even shared the names of some shops and restaurants to visit nearby on the North shore.
We checked into the house after sunset, so waking up in the master suite the first morning was truly the highlight of my entire trip. Across the room from the bed is a window that stretches an entire wall, and looking out you can see nothing but ocean. You see the sunrise on the distant waves rolling towards your own private beach. The feeling of peace and tranquility from this view was such a refreshing way to begin this vacation. Our family spent a lot of time on the beach. We would grab towels, boogie boards, or fishing poles, all provided by the house, and walk the 10 steps out to the water. The beach immediately in front of the house is very private, it feels like its your very own.
About once a day we would head up the street to Princeville or into Hanalei. Both towns have shops, a grocery store, and choices to eat out. Hanalei is bigger so there are more restaurants, night life, and not to mention gorgeous beaches to spend the day at. This Anini ocean front home is the ideal family vacation destination. The house is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, washer & dryer, big screen TV, WiFi, games, and so much more. We had an incredible stay here, and we hope to revisit again in the future!”

“Dear Holly, there’s nothing more glorious than stepping off the back porch of a Kauai home, walking across a lush green lawn and melting into the beautiful blue ocean for a morning swim. That’s how my sweetheart, Lincoln, and I begin our day at Anini Beach House, an oceanfront vacation home where we were fortunate to spend some time. Tucked away in the elbow of Anini Beach Road with a small, nearly private cove just steps beyond the back yard, the location is one of the most serene and private spots on the north shore of Kauai.
In the morning we stroll along the beach holding hands, cups of tea in tow, stopping often to kneel and run our fingers through drifts of seashells and pieces of coral that have washed ashore. We return to our cove, perch ourselves on large tree roots and soak in our surroundings. In less than one hour we are treated to two rainbows, each one stretching from the white sand beach across the sky over the calm ocean. Returning to the house, we prepare a delicious breakfast in the huge gourmet kitchen, then settle onto the lanai to eat and appreciate our front row view of the ocean that stretches from our back yard, extending forever into the horizon. After breakfast, we try to draw ourselves into our regular routine of checking email.
We plug our laptops into a lanai outlet and attempt to concentrate. But our eyes are continuously pulled to the ocean, to waves breaking beyond the reef, to white clouds billowing in the sky, to palm fronts in the yard waving seductively. And the sounds: the rumble of waves as they roll in both near and far, wind rustling leaves in trees, birds chirping cheerily. Working in paradise is futile. We are immersed in total relaxation. We are a world away from the rest of the world. All the Amenities Anini Beach House has everything we want in a vacation rental: gorgeous ocean views from every room and grand accommodations.
The upstairs master bedroom suite quickly becomes our favorite spot, with its ultra comfortable king size bed, silky linens and soft down comforter that floats on our bodies like a cloud; and the sitting area one step down with two divans, one for each of us to stretch out on and gaze at the ocean below through a large picture window. One afternoon we discover ocean views from the built-for-two master shower, complete with supersize “rain” showerheads and four side jets, two for each of us. After rinsing off, we luxuriate in the Japanese soaking tub while listening to waves crashing far off.”
